The Culture Clarity System™ is the proprietary methodology of Mayers Studio New York. It was developed to help mission-driven organizations turn their values into real systems they can operate from.
What’s not designed becomes the default. Culture often gets reduced to a marketing angle, but we see it differently. Culture is a structure: it shapes how decisions get made, and whether values hold when pressure hits.
This framework is grounded in over a decade of experience leading winning campaigns, shaping stories, and driving organizational change from the inside. It’s built to help turn cultural clarity into a leadership advantage.
